Replacement Policy
Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:
- The customer can replace the product received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement product delivered.
- Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered is in defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
- Replacement with a new product can be provided if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our website support team. The request will be entertained once a team member has checked and determined the issue. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by Netfluxio.
- If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The support team will look into your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
- In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up by the courier arranged by us.
A product will NOT be replaced under the following circumstances:
- Customer is not happy with the look/quality of a defect-free product
- Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
- Any damage caused by electrical surge or user mishandling
⚠️ Please note: No return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.
Process For Replacement
- If your product is within the replacement window, please send us an email at info@netfluxio.com requesting approval. The support team will respond within 48 hours with details of where to ship the product.
- Please self-ship the product within 48 hours after the replacement request is approved.
- Ensure that the product is returned to our warehouse within 72 hours post-approval with all accessories and original packaging. Pack it properly — Netfluxio will not be liable if the product is damaged in transit during return.
- Once the product is received by the warehouse, the team will verify everything.
- Your replacement will be processed once everything is verified.
- We usually process all replacements within 48 hours of the warehouse receiving your returned product.
Cancellation Policy
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. However, please note:
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the customers and the shipping process has been initiated.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for products obtained on special occasions or limited-time offers.
